1956 Bel Air, Past Builds, Sold
  • BODY / CHASSIS
    Frame off build of a rust free Southern California based truck using all original panels.
    Removed all emblems and trim, stake pockets, bed rail ends filled and tail gate chains replaced with hinges.
    Hagen recessed headlights and smoothed running boards that are 2” wider for a smoother look and filler only used for levelling.
    Viper Red two stage PPG applied.
    Doors have one touch Lokar handles and Bear Claw latches added.
    All glass replaced with smokey grey safety glass and one piece windshield
  • INTERIOR
    Custom front seat covered in matching high grade vinyl with french seams with matching door panels.
    Tight weave wool carpet applied over Dynamat Extreme that covers all interior surfaces.
    Custom headliner in matching velour.
    Custom Sound system with 6 speakers and amplifier.
    Classic Instruments full gauge system
    stage 3 Vintage Air system for AC and heat.
  • ENGINE / DRIVETRAIN
    Fresh early 70’s 383 Stroker motor that delivers great torque and horsepower yet runs cool with smooth idle and throttle response has billet front runner serpentine belt system polished intake Avenger 675cfm Carb.
    Petrotincs system 3 distributor.
    Four row aluminium radiator with high volume adjustable fan.
    Fresh 700r4 with special programming on shift points and overdrive
    Moser 9” differential with Super Trac traction control with A 3:73 ratio and Strange Engineering Axles.
    Wilwood slotted and drilled Big Brakes on all four corners with an internal e-brake and dual chamber booster.
    US Mag Bandit billet wheels 17×8 front and 17×9 rear with Nitto 215/45R17 and 235/45R17 tires that improve handling and tracking and deliver a smooth ride.
  • SUSPENSION
    Front Art Morrison independent suspension designed for this application.
    Detroit Speed three way adjustable coil overs and Detroit Speed power rack and pinion that is controlled by an Ididit custom steering column.
    Rear Art Morrison four link with adjustable panhard bar.
    Detroit Speed three way adjustable coil overs and stock cherry frame was used and reinforced for no twisting or distortion from high torque.
    Mandle drawn custom exhaust with stage 44 Flowmaster mufflers.
